Note to self: don't try to drive on a hill without chains after freezing rain + snow. Furthermore, don't use the gas or the brakes. Oh wait, I already knew that. These Oregonians did not:
Isn't Oregon the place where that lady drove her car off a bridge into a river? I remember her saying something about "losing control" of her car and being unable to stop...
Mind you, it was during rush hour traffic and thousands (perhaps tens of thousands) of drivers had passed over the same exact stretch of pavement and managed to keep their cars on the road.
I think that Oregon needs to rethink their driving test.
